          Jogging is the popular sports activities and it very important for our healthy. There are benefits of practicing jogging. First, sport can practicing without spending a lot of money. So it can be done in everywhere and everytime you want. It is the big reason why people like doing this activities. Second, jogging can help maintain our weight. When we are practicing jogging, it will burns more calories in our body, therefore our weight can control automatically. Jogging aids in lowering your blood pressure by making sure the arteries stay nice and elastic. Third, jogging can increase the ability of brain cells. It can increase the amount of oxygen in the blood circulation to the brain. Fourth, jogging can make our bones become strong. With jogging our bones can either grow stronger if they’re worked out.
           Finally, the main benefits of jogging is make our body healthy and fresh. When our body fresh, automatically our body far from diseases like out of breath, muscle strain, diabetes, osteoporosis, etc. Osteoporosis will not happen if we regularly practicing jogging. It can practicing without take a long time enough about 10-20 minutes everyday. Beside that, jogging can decrease nervousness the risk of stress. If we practicing jogging not too long about 10 minutes it can decrease nervousness and control our anger. And our body will feel fresh again after practicing jogging. It can called, jogging is refreshing our brain. So, realizing that there are so many benefits of jogging, let’s at least 10 minutes everyday to practicing jogging. And don’t forget to eating nutritional food for keeping our healthy.
